Mark the top of the quilt top and the back each with masking tape.
Please be sure that the top and back are clean, press all seams, and remove extra threads, pins, or basting.
Make sure that your quilt back (and batting if you are providing it) is at least 5 inches larger than your top on all sides.
It is best if you stitch a 1/8 seam around the edge if it is heavily pieced to protect the outer edge seams.
Make sure the quilt top and back is square before submitting it for quilting.
If there are wavy borders, or is fullness in the middle of the quilt, the quilting may not fix this. I cannot promise that tucks and pleats will not occur during quilting. Please sew your seams with accuracy, and press and trim throughout your sewing process.
Include fabric for binding if required, and include any special instructions that might be helpful (i.e. Please make the quilting tight).
Quilting order form can be completed in person by appointment.
If mailing the quilt, print and complete quilt order form and include with the quilt.
